The Stupiders!

hm. yes..
This is the Stupiders. although it may seem strange at first, the twisted plotline and characters are actually fun to follow. there isn' much depth from what I've seen, but it is supposed to be ridiculous...
ART:
style: 3/5 the artist has a different way of drawing characters and the composition/perspective is done REALLY well. unfortunately, there is no shading or background, so it does get a little weird to look at.
repetition: 4/5 although the artist draws each panel individually, there are usually no background and many of the characters look similar, so it all seems the same after a while of reading it.
uniqueness: 3/5 although the story is unique, the art can seem pretty generic. the artist does really well on animal anatomy and panel composition, though, which is a standout in webcomics.
PLOT:
ease of reading: 3/5 the character's dialogue takes up much of the panels, and some characters have accents, and a main character talks "stupidly", with some texting shorthand, which can be pretty annoying.
originality:4/5 OK, no one can say that this isn't original, if a bit hard to follow...
humor: 3/5 usually the jokes aren't that funny.  If you read a story the whole way through, though. it makes sense.
AGE RATING: all-ages. nothin' objectionable in here! unless you count a dog whose sentences are horribly convoluted.

annnd now for the reviews!
ART:
style:4/5 deveptively simple, this comic's style is really fun to look at, super cute as well. occasionally it looks rather quickly drawn, but generally it is really well done.
Uniqueness: 4/5 You do sometimes see art like this, but not often. The author developed a distinct style that is a joy to look at.
repetitiveness: 4/5- no copy/paste here! each panel is drawn carefully.
DIALOGUE:
ease of reading: 4/5 sometimes a joke is just...eh. mostly, the jokes are cute-funny, like above, and sometimes they are quite clever. like if Perry Bible Fellowship was written without a twisted mind...
originality: 3/5 Some of the jokes have been done, and sometimes there is no joke- just cute. not that that's a bad thing...
humor: 3/5 see above. again, jokes have been done, and sometimes they aren't as funny. but it's all so cute!
AGE RATING: all ages! this is a comic that can be enjoyed by all! so go read it here!

Comic: Awkward Zombie!

The comics that i put up are aimed to be ones everyone can understand. hence, no Penny arcade, PvP, or VG cats. sorry. Unfortunately, i am going to break the rule of pop culture, video game references the first time i post. I give you:...
Awkward Zombie!
Synopsis: A comic about video games and being a nerd. Awesome art and jokes you can get even if you don't know the series that well. Also, one of the few videogame webcomics written by a girl! i salute you, Katie!
and now for the broken- down ratings: I am going to have two categories broken down farther; art & dialogue

ART
Style:4/5- Katie has very clean, stylish art . It's computer drawn, but very easy to look at....see above.
unrepeatability(?): 5/5What i mean here, is that panels and poses don't repeat. Which never happens in this comic, thankfully. the creator puts a lot of work into making each panel and pose different.
uniqueness:4/5 You do see a lot of digital art, but i think Katie has a way of doing it that is very distict& would be recognizable anywhere
STORY
ease of reading: 4/5 I would have given this 5/5, but occasionally a joke is hard to understand unless you've played the video game. more often, though, the comic is still funny even if you've never played the game.
originality: 3/5 Alright, so there are already too many gamer comics out there. But this one is written by a girl and really is very dynamic compared to some others, which makes it stand out among a sea of others.
humor: 3/5. again, It can be hard to understand if you haven't played the videogame which the jokes are about.
AGE RATING:
About 12+. There aren't any mature jokes, so feel free to read it if you're younger. but a lot of jokes may be hard to understand if yo haven't played the videogame, which are meant for teens and up. But no violence, sex, bad language, etc, etc.
Awkward zombie here, written & drawn by Katie Tiedrich!
